Hammer & Rattle California Privacy Notice

Hammer & Rattle a DBA of Logic of Everything, LLC ("Hammer & Rattle," "us," "we," or "our") provides this California Privacy Notice (the "California Privacy Policy") for visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California. This California Privacy Policy supplements the information contained in our general Privacy Notice and applies solely to California residents. If any provision in this California Privacy Policy conflicts with a provision in our general Privacy Notice, this California Privacy Policy shall govern with respect to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California.

  • Internet or other electronic network activity information: Browsing history, search history, and information regarding a consumer's interaction with our website or advertisements.
  • Geolocation data: Physical location or movements.
  • Audio, electronic, visual, or similar information.
  • Inferences drawn from other personal information: Profile reflecting preferences, characteristics, behavior, and attitudes.

Personal information does not include publicly available information lawfully made available from government records, deidentified or aggregated consumer information, or information excluded from the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Use of Personal Information

We may use or disclose the personal information collected for one or more of the following business or commercial purposes:

  • To fulfill or meet the reason for which the information is provided (e.g., to process orders and provide customer service).
  • To communicate with you about your purchases, provide updates, and respond to inquiries.
  • To personalize and improve our website and services.

  • Debug or repair functionality issues.

Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Unless permitted by law, we will not:

  • Deny you goods or services.
  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services.
  • Provide a different level or quality of goods or services.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise your right to know, access, or delete personal information, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by emailing support@hammer-rattle.com.

Only you or an authorized representative registered with the California Secretary of State may make a verifiable consumer request. You may make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability up to twice within a 12-month period.

Your request must:

  • Provide sufficient information for us to verify your identity or authority to make the request.
  • Describe your request with enough detail for us to evaluate and respond.

We cannot respond to your request if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request. We will confirm receipt of a request within 10 days and substantively respond within 45 days. If more time is required (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason for the extension.

California "Shine the Light" Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information regarding our disclosure of personal data to third parties for direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please email support@hammer-rattle.com.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this California Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
